Shipping Policy

We deliver our products across the UAE and other GCC countries. Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days. Shipping fees vary based on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout. Customers outside the UAE will be responsible for any customs, VAT, or other fees related to clearing the package.

 

 

Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product seal must remain unbroken. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover the cost of returning the product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Refund requests made after 14 days from the receipt of shipment, or for products where the seal has been broken, will not be accepted. In such cases, we reserve the right to decline the refund request. Alternatively, we may offer store credit equivalent to the value of the purchased item(s), excluding any shipping fees paid.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), if your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
